Building Use Policies Print

The purpose of Triumphant Love Lutheran Church’s building, grounds, and equipment is to serve its membership, its neighborhood, and the community by providing the maximum use of the greatest service. In order that all might know the conditions governing the use of our facilities and equipment, these policies are authorized and published for special functions or continued use by church affiliated or non-affiliated groups or organizations.

Reservation Policy

An Event Planning Request Form must be submitted and applicable fees paid for reservation to be effective.

While TLLC does not charge rent for the use of its facilities – it is expected that individuals pay a maintenance fee to cover utility and custodial expenses.  All donations/fees/deposits must be paid by check, cash, or money order.

*Specialty Rooms: Community Classroom, Meeting Room, Upper Room, Parlor.  If you are a member using a specialty room and you charge for the event, then $25 is required.

  • Members may not reserve rooms for non-members at the member rate.
  • Time reserved must include set up and clean up.
  • Reservations will be on a first-come, first-served basis within the guidelines of TLLC’s priority scheme for the use of its facilities.
  • Rooms may be rearranged to accommodate the reserved function but must be returned to the original configuration at the end of the function.
  • Users may reserve a space no more than twelve (12) months in advance for one-time functions.
  • Use of the facility must end at the time stated in the reservation.
  • Cancellation: Organizations must cancel reservations as soon as they are aware they will not be using the space reserved.  All fees will be refunded when at least 24-hours notice of cancellation is given.
  • TLLC reserves the right to refuse to reserve its facilities to any person or group.
