...Your prayer request remains confidential within the Prayer Chain. Please note in your request if you want to have a person included in the prayers of the church. You must specifically indicate within your request if you want the pastor to note the person's name and relationship to you during the church service prayers.

You must let the office know if you want the name listed on Sunday.
